On behalf of the local and international organisers and our three societies, it is my pleasure to welcome you to Auckland for the Joint Meeting of the NZMS, AustMS and AMS.

 

We have over 850 participants and an exciting programme with nine Invited Plenary Presentations, a Public Lecture, 41 Special Sessions, two sessions of Contributed Presentations, and a Poster Session with over 50 poster presenters. So it promises to be a buzzing meeting, no matter what your interest in Mathematics may be.

 

In spite of the busy schedule, we hope that you will be able to catch up with colleagues and friends, old and new — and to get an impression of Auckland and possibly the wider New Zealand if you are visiting from further afield.
