Registration Desk
There will always be event staff and volunteers available to assist you at the registration desk located in the Level 1 Foyer of the Owen G. Glen Building. Events staff are all first aid trained, however if you have a medical emergency please call 111 first before seeking other assistance.
You can reach the conference organisers at the conference email joint-maths-meeting@auckland.ac.nz.
If you have a concern about a potential violation of the Code of Conduct you should contact one of the Code of Conduct Representatives. The staff at the registration desk can also help you contact these representatives.
WhatsApp Community
The social committee is running a WhatsApp community where you can connect with other participants, including partners and families of attendees. This group is designed to facilitate organisation and socialisation among participants before, during, and after the conference. For example, it could be a space to organise transport to and from the airport or ask questions.
You can join the community here.
University of Auckland locals
All local staff and students are identified by a blue lanyard. They can advise on campus room locations and local information (for instance suggest good coffee, lunch spots).
The local organising committe
The members of the local organising committee are designated by a blue symbol at the bottom of their name-tag. You can also contact the local organisers at joint-maths-meeting@auckland.ac.nz.
Code of conduct representatives
You can approach any of the code of conduct representatives if you have concerns about a potential violation of the code. They will be identified by a purple icon on their name-tags. You can also see their contact details here.
