The registration page has all the details and the link to the registration portal, managed through Evenbrite.
Many nationalities are able to travel to New Zealand with just an electronic approval but please check, and if you need a visa (and therefore a letter to support that) make sure you indicate so in the registration form.
There will be a separate oortal for abstract submission.
